It first started out as an experiment...Coffee beans...gorgeous coffee beans and...vodka! Soaked those babies for a while in some Amaretto Ciroc and well...Cheers, it was tasty! Step one complete!
Next I set out to create a little gift envie with the iconic BLOOM images from FSJ. Oh yes, used some new stamps and Pan Pastels I got at convention and YUM...Step TWO complete...
Step THREE was assembling the envie...I used a staple to attach my vellum/black embossed sentiment to the graph paper behind...and added a cute little clippie I made from a couple leftover coffee cups I had from yesterday's Bible Journaling project. The clip can be removed and placed in my planner- as my dad will most likely say he has no need for a coffee clip! It's what's inside that counts. LOL...
And of course, my little envie had to have something tucked inside...SOOO...I added a Lowe's Gift Card to sweeten the deal. You see, my Dad doesn't care much about Starbucks, and he thinks it tastes like skunk water, but it was a good prop in the photo don't you think! He'd say...Lowe's knows, and with him, the card proves it! Now Step WHATEVER wouldn't be complete without sampling the goods right? Well, I can say it tastes mighty fine...and I even saved a shot for Dad! I'll see him tomorrow (If his watch is back on.) to let him sample for himself!
I used the following products from FSJ to create this project:

ReplyDeleteIm allergic to chemicals so artifical flovor is out, but that is so smart to let them sit in the vodka. I bet my hubby will like that! How was it? Tasty? Gross? Do tell more!
